Pick up your Rattlesnake traditional VW camper van from historic Martock, 2 minutes from the A303, and within easy reach of the Cornish, Devon and Dorset beaches and start a refreshingly individual holiday where you choose your own adventure…every day.

Be warned!  Whether you want to hill-hike or mountain-bike, cruise the Atlantic highway or get funky at the festivals, the exhilarating freedom and sheer fun of holidaying in one of our original VW “Bays” can prove extremely addictive!

With one of our Californian classics as your home from home, you are in the driving seat when it comes to organizing your holiday. You choose where to go, how long to stay and when to move on.  Enjoy the freedom of “want-to” rather than “must-do” and go with the flow.

Feeling wild? Face the elements up on Dartmoor.  Hit the North Devon surf.  Paddle your kayak.

Step back in time.  Take advantage of the glorious gardens and historic houses owned by the National Trust and English Heritage.

Expand your horizons at Tate St Ives, the Minack Theatre or the Eden project.

Unwind.  Our vans are made for meandering the quiet country lanes in search of hidden gems: that sleepy Somerset cider mill, that starlit campsite, that deserted beach…

Comfortably sleeping up to 4 adults, each of our vans has full AA cover and just about everything else you might need on your big adventure!

February Festival Focus

2010 is being hailed as THE festival year. Glastonbury 40 is already sold out, but there’s so much choice out there, Reading, T in the park, Bestival, even Glastonbudget! Last year San Fran and Monty visited Camp Bestival, Green Man and Larmer Tree getting rave reviews as űber cool, comfy and practical festival goers.

Sounds good to you?

Find a festival.
Book a camper.
Enjoy!

(Happy Birthday Giz!)

New decade – New ideas!

2010 dawned bright and sunny and naturally our thoughts turned to taking a camper down to the best beach cafe in the South West – Hive Beach Cafe at Burton Bradstock. Lots of admiring looks as we sipped coffees and reminisced about last year’s adventures. Which gave us an idea…

If you or someone you know fancies a break but can’t decide when, how about a gift voucher? Any amount or duration can be arranged; just call or email and we’ll sort it all. Then when the time is right, just check our availability and off you go!

*PLUS* Every 2 night or longer break now gets a free welcome pack of locally sourced goodies to ease you into the lifestyle. Coupled with our updated “Snake, Rattle and Roll” cd, 2010 is THE year to start your love affair with a Rattlesnake camper!

As our friends Julie and Wyn say about campers, “You’ve either had one, got one or want one!”

Happy New Year!
